The most famous beer from Belgium is the lambic, but there are many types of beer such as raspberry, cherry, white beer, chocolate beer, Geuze beer, brown beer and Trappist. Lambic beer is made the old way of brewing, depending on spontaneous fermentation, is a naturally sparkling drink that improves with years in the bottle – just like wine.

The European Union legislation allows only a small area in Belgium can be made. Many chocolatiers in Belgium make their pralines by hand, these pralines are made of the finest chocolate. In Belgium is a wide variety of dishes, because so many cultures live together. Also very famous are the Belgian frites, mussels and waffles.

Many countries in Europe have no visa requirement for visiting Belgium ,for a stay less than 3 months. Visitors from other countries can request a visa at the Belgium Embassy or Consulate.
