The best way to enjoy Taiwanese culture is through its street snack from night markets. Try the fried/ non fried Stinky tofu, bubble pearl milk tea, minced meat rice, grilled squid, oyster omelette. Yes, I mentioned stinky tofu, just give it a try while you are there since the local loves it!
