What to do:

Other members will be able to vote for your photo if they like it.
Winning photos will be determined by the public votes as well as the judges’ feedback.

By entering this contest, you accept and agree to the following terms and conditions. Any violation to these terms may result in disqualification. All decisions of the organizer regarding this Contest are final and binding in all respects.

CONTEST PERIOD. The WOW Amazing Asia Photo contest [“Contest”] is organised by Koolred Sdn Bhd [“Organiser”]. The Contest will commence from [“Contest Period”]: 10:00 (GMT+8) 2 November 2010 and end 23:59 (GMT+8) on 30 November 2010. Results will be announced on 14 December 2010.

Note: Only photos uploaded and received by the Organizer by 23:59 (GMT+8) on 30 November 2010 will be deemed eligible for entry.
ELIGIBILITY. The Contest is open to all members of Koolred and employees of AirAsia Berhad [“Participants”] from all countries who are at least 18 years old as of the date of entry except directors, members and employees of Koolred Sdn Bhd, AirAsia Go Holiday, Bangkok Palace Hotel and Ramayana Resort & Spa and its immediate family members. Only one entry per member during the Contest Period is permitted.
CONTEST MECHANISM. To qualify for the Contest, Participants will have to do the following:
1. Be a registered member of Koolred (http://www.koolred.com).
2. Upload a photo of themselves or a loved one of any Asian destination. The photo must be of a location taken in any Asian country which among others includes Malaysia, Singapore, China, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Cambodia, Myanmar, Laos, Brunei Darussalam and Vietnam.
3. The caption must be in English and include the name of exact location the photo was taken in (location and country).
All entries submitted become the sole property of the Organizer and will not be acknowledged or returned. Proof of submission of an entry shall not be deemed proof of receipt by the Organizer. The Organizer is not responsible for entries not received due to difficulty of accessing the Internet, service outage or delays, computer difficulties or other technological glitches. Inappropriate photos will not be posted or entered for judging.

Members may only submit one entry. All submitted photos will be reviewed by the Organizer and only those approved will be displayed on the website http://www.koolred.com. This process may take up to 1-2 working days.
CONTEST DEADLINE. 23:59 (GMT+8) on 30 November 2010. The organizer reserves the right to extend the deadline of the contest if it deems fit to do so.
PHOTO DISQUALIFICATION. Reasons for submitted photos being disqualified are included but not limited to the below:
1. There is no human element in the photo as required
2. The person(s) has been superimposed on the location or vice versa
3. The caption wrongly describes the location or the Asian country the photo was taken in
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION. Winning photos will be selected based on criteria below:
1. Online votes submitted before or on closing date and time at 23:59 (GMT+8) on 30 November 2010 (the “Contest Deadline”)
2. Feedback by a panel of judges appointed by the Organizer
The organizer may also consider how dormant or active the participant (member) is on Koolred when choosing the potential winners. Any potential winner will be notified by email and/or telephone. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within five (5) days from the date the Organizer first tries to notify him/her, and/or the prize or prize notification is returned as undelivered, potential winner forfeits the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected at the sole right and discretion of the Organizer.
PRIZES. There will be three (3) Prizes for Koolred members, three (3) Prizes for AirAsia employees. The winners will receive the following:

For Koolred members:
1st Prize:
- TWO (2) return AirAsia flight tickets from Kuala Lumpur-LCC Terminal to Bali AND
- ONE (1) 2-Nights Stay for 2 persons at Ramayana Resort & Spa, Bali Indonesia
2nd Prize:
- TWO (2) return AirAsia flight tickets from Kuala Lumpur-LCC Terminal to Bangkok AND
- ONE (1) 2-Nights stay for 2 persons at Bangkok Palace Hotel, Thailand.
3rd Prize:
- ONE (1) 2-Night stay for 2 persons at Tune Hotels, 1Borneo, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia
All other expenses including but not limited to chargeable add-ons for the room eg. towel rental & toiletries, hair dryer, wifi, entertainment package, airport taxes, meals, travel insurance, baggage charges, and ground transportations to & from the winner’s location to Kuala Lumpur-LCC Terminal and accommodation are the responsibility of the winner. Winner and travel companion must travel on the same itinerary and responsible for obtaining all required travel documents. In addition, travel companion of Winner must be 18 years of age or older.

The Prize is valid from January 1, 2011 to July 31, 2011. The Prize must be booked by March 1, 2011 with travelling period to be completed by July 31, 2011. Please note travelling period may be subject to certain other restrictions including without limitation blackout dates.

For AirAsia employees:
Grand Prize:
- ONE (1) 2-nights stay for 2 person in Tune Hotels, Double Six, Legian, Bali, Indonesia
Consolation Prize:
- ONE (1) – Dell Printer and ONE (1) – Sharp Microwave Oven.
All other expenses including but not limited to chargeable add-ons for the room eg. towel rental & toiletries, hair dryer, wifi and entertainment package are the responsibility of the winner.
PRIZE DELIVERY. In the event that a prize or prize certificate is mailed to the winner, it will be with the prior written consent of the winner and therefore, winner assumes the risk of its loss during this transit process. The Organizer is not responsible for the safe arrival of a prize or prize certificate.
NO PRIZE TRANSFER OR SUBSTITUTION. The prize is not exchangeable and/or transferable or redeemable for cash. Any portion of the prize that is not used is forfeited. No substitutions for prize except by the Organizer, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted.
CONSENT AND RELEASE. By entering the Contest, each participant releases and discharges the Organizer, and any other party associated with the development or administration of this Contest, their parents, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, and each of their respective directors, members, shareholders, employees, contractors, agents, representatives, successors and assigns from any and all liability whatsoever in connection with this Contest, including without limitation legal claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages, demands or actions of any kind (including without limitation personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction or property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light) (collectively, "Claims").

The Organizer reserves its rights to publish or display materials or information, including but not limited to the names and photographs of all participants for marketing, advertising and publicity purposes in any manner it deems appropriate. The Organizer further reserves its right to use any personal data of participants in any manner and/or for any purpose it deems fit and participant is deemed to consent to such use with no monetary payment.

The Organizer reserves its right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Contest with or without any prior notice and reason. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by the Organizer shall not entitle the participant to any claim or compensation against the Organizer for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.

The terms and conditions herein shall prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions or representations contained in any other promotional or advertising materials for the Contest. In the event of any inconsistency, conflict, ambiguity or discrepancy between the English version and the Bahasa Malaysia version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail at all times.

The Organizer reserves its right to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions and/or substitute or replace the gifts from time to time without any prior notice.

By participating in the Contest, it is deemed that the participant agrees to be bound by the terms and subject to the conditions herein set out upon submission of entry. The decisions of the Organizer in relation to every aspect of the Contest including but not limited to the type of prize and winner shall be deemed final and conclusive under any circumstance and no complaint from any participants will be entertained.
INDEMNITY. By entering into the Contest, each participant agrees to hold harmless, defend and fully indemnify the Organizer from and against all losses, damages, expenses and all third party actions, proceedings, claims, demands, costs (including without prejudice to the generality of this provision, the legal cost of each other), awards and damages arising as a result of the participant’s entry to the Contest.
