What to do:
Capture a photo of yourself with a London theme and send it to us. For example: Snap a photo of yourself gorging on a mountain of fish and chips or dancing in the rain in a Paddington Bear costume. Be as creative and original as possible.
You will also need to include a creative caption along with your photo. Make it good.
Submit your creative photo along with a clever caption (maximum 140 characters) on the uploader here.

OPEN TO KOOLRED MEMBERS FROM ALL COUNTRIES WHO ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD AS OF THE DATE OF ENTRY
By entering this contest, you accept and agree to the following terms and conditions. Any violation to these terms may result in disqualification. All decisions of the organizer regarding this Contest are final and binding in all respects.
CONTEST PERIOD. The “Hello London Creative Photo” contest [“Contest”] is organised by Koolred Sdn Bhd [“Organiser”]. The Contest will commence from [“Contest Period”]: 10:00 (GMT+8) 30 June 2010 and end 24:00 (GMT+8) on 16 July 2010.
ELIGIBILITY. The Contest is open to all members of Koolred [“Participants”] from all countries who are at least 18 years old as of the date of entry except directors, members and employees of AirAsia Berhad, P.T. Indonesia AirAsia, Thai AirAsia Co., Ltd., AirAsia X Sdn. Bhd., Go Holiday Sdn. Bhd, Koolred Sdn Bhd and Tune Hotels.com and its immediate family members. Only one entry per member during the Contest Period is permitted.
HOW TO ENTER. To qualify for the Contest, Participants will have to do the following:
Be a registered member of Koolred (http://www.koolred.com).
Upload a photo of yourself depicting how you showcase London (e.g. posing with the flag, eating fish & chips, drenched in the rain wearing Wellingtons, etc)
Include a caption on Koolred. Entry with photo caption in English only.
All entries submitted become the sole property of the Organizer and will not be acknowledged or returned. Proof of submission of an entry shall not be deemed proof of receipt by the Organizer. The Organizer is not responsible for entries not received due to difficulty of accessing the Internet, service outage or delays, computer difficulties or other technological glitches. Inappropriate photos will not be posted or entered for judging.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION.
Decisions of the winner selection will be conducted by random drawing from all eligible entries on or about 23 July 2010 (the “Drawing Date”). Any potential winner will be notified by email and/or telephone. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within five (5) days from the date the Organizer first tries to notify him/her, and/or the prize or prize notification is returned as undelivered, potential winner forfeits the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.
PRIZES. There will be one (1) grand prize winner. The winner will receive the following
ONE (1) 6 Days/5 Nights Stay in a Double Room for 2 persons at Tune Hotels.com - Westminster, London AND TWO (2) return AirAsia X air tickets from Kuala Lumpur-LCC Terminal to London-Stansted. All other expenses including but not limited to chargeable add-ons for the room eg. towel rental & toiletries, hair dryer, wifi, entertainment package, airport taxes, meals, travel insurance, baggage charges, and ground transportations to & from the original destination to Kuala Lumpur and accommodation are the responsibility of the winner. Winner and travel companion must travel on the same itinerary and responsible for obtaining all required travel documents. In addition, travel companion of Winner must be 18 years of age or older.
Two (2) Consolation Winners will receive a two (2) nights stay in a double room for 2 persons at Tune Hotel.com Legian Bali, Indonesia.
The prize is valid from September 1, 2010 to April 30, 2011 and must be booked by December 1, 2010 and must be completed within seven (7) months of the first day of travel no later than April 30, 2011 and may be subject to certain other restrictions including without limitation blackout dates.
In the event that a prize or prize certificate is mailed to the winner, it will be with the prior written consent of the winner and therefore, winner assumes the risk of its loss. The Organizer is not responsible for the safe arrival of a prize or prize certificate.
NO PRIZE TRANSFER OR SUBSTITUTION. The prize is not exchangeable and/or transferable or redeemable for cash. Any portion of the prize that is not used is forfeited. No substitutions for prize except by the Organizer, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted.
CONSENT AND RELEASE. By entering the Contest, each participant releases and discharges the Organizer, and any other party associated with the development or administration of this Contest, their parents, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, and each of their respective directors, members, shareholders, employees, contractors, agents, representatives, successors and assigns from any and all liability whatsoever in connection with this Contest, including without limitation legal claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages, demands or actions of any kind (including without limitation personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction or property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light) (collectively, "Claims"). The Organiser reserves its rights to publish or display materials or information, including but not limited to the names and photographs of all participants for marketing, advertising and publicity purposes in any manner it deems appropriate. The Organiser further reserves its right to use any personal data of participants in any manner and/or for any purpose it deems fit and participant is deemed to consent to such use with no monetary payment.
