This will be a short blog post due to the insufficient photos I took during this session of Sunday brunch. Two weeks back, we decided to go back to Dave's in One Utama for some good ole' pasta.



Now if you're wondering where is Dave's in One Utama, I don't blame you. It's one of the hidden F&B outlets that's located in the Old Wing of the mall. If you're walking along the Carl's Junior, Pasta Zanmai stretch then you're on the right track. There is three areas of dining in Dave's. 
The first is the inner sitting area which is fully A/C-ed. Then comes the middle portion which is the bar area:



And lastly the patio/ garden area:



Not much to see here, folks. But I suppose it was a nice day to sit outside so we did. But beware of the mozzies!

The bar area has a wall dedicated to music legends... which unfortunately I can't appreciate.



Oh wait, they are all of John Lennon and The Beatles.... if I'm not mistaken.



The bar/ outside area provides a very chill-out ambiance and jazz music plays while you dine. 

Okie let's get right on to the food! The food in Dave's is superb! I've had their handmade pizzas before and they're to die for! So if you get a chance to have it, do try it out. However this Sunday brunch, we had cravings for pasta... which to be honest Dave's can really whip up a good plate!



Hello Fat CHUNKY Meatball! I ordered the Spaghetti Bolognese with Giant Meatballs as usual... I was not dissapointed for sure. The dish is sprinkled with a generous amount of cheese on top and seasoned to perfection:



Tummies rumbling yet?



We also had the Seafood Aglio Olio which is just generous in its servings of seafood pieces!



A plain Aglio Olio that has some certain spice essence in it, tossed together with giant, fresh prawns, fish fillet bits, mussles, calamari and clams. Trust me when I say this, they are very generous with the seafood bits!



Good stuff! Best to wash down the seafood with a cold glass of beer



Dave's serve pretty good latte too!



Good Italian brunch indeed! Overall verdict- not much has changed since I last dined at Dave's. Staff were not rude and food arrived fast (which was good since we were truly starving).
