I'm not working for this baking academy :) but I just want to share some info on them.

My sis just attended their classes recently. Here are 2 of the many deserts she learnt.

Mille fuelle

Macaroons

One good thing about this academy is they are very flexible. You can opt to go for fulltime, part time course, or just select which desert classes interest you more. The chef even added ad hoc lesson/demonstration when my sis asked about other baking mathods. They are very generous in sharing recipes too.

The class costs RM250 per day, started from 9am - 5.30pm. My sis went for 2 days classes that covers French pastry and cheese cake. Yes, many type of cheese cakes within the day class.

The academy also sells some ingredient (not many choices) but it's at the cheapest rate in town. The concept of them merely want their students to get the cheapest price and practice more after learning. According to my sis, they are selling the well known brand baking mixer - Kitchen Aid (http://www.kitchenaid.com) at cheapest price that she could find so far, and she bought one.

Most of the chefs are experience and won awards. You can check their profiles on their website.

I got to taste the Mille Fulle and macaroons from her French pastry class. They finger licking good! Make me want to try my luck to bake too.
