Watched want to eat!

Was treated with some good macarons last week... they were hand carried from Singapore and landed in my hands Friday night.
In one of my posts, I have made clear my passion for macarons and tasting SweetSpot's treats is simply blissful! I have read that shell of the macarons are supposed to crumble if you try to pick them up too hard. The Singaporean pops were great in texture and the colour is just rich, I tell ya!

These macarons are actually compared to Laduree/ Pierre Herme's pops in Paris, France!

I was treated to a box of 12 which costs SGD$22. I calculated that's like approximately SGD$1.80 which is around RM4.40 a pop if converted to Malaysian currency. Holy schmolly! That's almost twice as much I have to pay in Malaysia. Oh well, best not to convert because these macarons are worth the money! There's 13 flavours to choose from...

SweetSpot is a new dessert place at Marina Bay Sands Singapore. I was treated to a box of 12 that had ALL flavours. It certainly made my day.
My verdict: 8/10
Reason it did not score full points- being some of the macaron flavours tasted the same... mostly had caramel or chocolate ganache:
